MINI ACADEMY IS WHERE OUR STORY BEGAN BACK IN 2012.

It instills confidence and creativity in young footballers aged 4 to 9 (Reception to School Year 4). The popularity of Mini Academy as a unique football coaching programme for young children has led to its continued growth. It is delivered by fully qualified, professional coaches with a great knowledge and appetite for the game.

SATURDAYS 10:30-11:30AM

Mini Academy takes place every Saturday morning at the Walton & Hersham Arena (Whiteley Village), from 10:30-11:30am. There’s no contract and it’s based on a simple ‘pay as you play’ model. Fees are £8 per child, per session, payable on the day.

Our Mini Academy coaches have created a fun and safe environment for boys and girls, regardless of their skill level. The programme has been devised to reflect a syllabus used in professional football academies.

There is a pathway for promising players to progress into Walton & Hersham Youth FC teams. We currently have over 100 children registered in Mini Academy.

As you’d expect, all our coaches are CRB checked, have received child protection training and are trained in first-aid.
